Position Description:
Tipsy Pickle is looking for a full-time Kitchen Manager to join the team and oversee full kitchen operations. This individual will report to a GM who will oversee all day to day operations. The right candidate understands that the menu is already fully designed and can willfully execute it based on training and experience. In the future, the Kitchen Manager may help to create seasonal specials and new menu items. The main focuses will be quality, consistency and efficient execution every day; in addition to direct management of additional kitchen staff.

Time Expectations:
➢ 5-6 Days per week
➢ +/- 50 hours per week
➢ Nights and weekends
➢ As this is a new restaurant opening, the first few months may be heavier days/hours and will continue to normalize as the restaurant stabilizes over the first three months.
Experience & Preferred Skills:
➢ Three Years Experience as a Kitchen Manager leading a high volume hotel, concession, eater-tainment concept or brewery
➢ Understanding of a corporate leadership setting
➢ P & L and Budget Experience
➢ Scheduling experience
➢ Ordering experience
➢ College Degree
➢ Experience leading a large team
➢ Experience with hiring and firing
➢ Basic understanding of HR as it relates to restaurant operations
➢ Tex-Mex cuisine experience
➢ Has strong written and verbal skills
➢ Proficient in Word & Excel
➢ Carries themselves positively even in the most stressful times
➢ Has a strong local following in the F&B world
➢ Fast casual or fast food experience
➢ Corporate food service experience
