Position Description:

Tipsy Pickle is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help us grow our brand, attract new guests, and engage our community. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and

executing marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, and creating campaigns that capture the spirit of Tipsy Pickle. This role requires creativity, a strategic mindset, and a passion for connecting with audiences.

Position Duties:

➢ Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Tipsy Pickle’s brand and growth objectives

➢ Create and manage engaging content across social media, website, and email channels

➢ Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach

➢ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

➢ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms

➢ Oversee online reputation management, responding to customer reviews and feedback

➢ Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers to develop visual content

➢ Monitor marketing performance metrics, report on campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed

Time Expectations:

➢ Full-time position with flexibility based on campaign schedules

➢ Must be available for occasional nights and weekends, particularly around events or special promotions

Experience & Preferred Skills:

➢ Three years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry

➢ Proven track record of successful social media and digital marketing campaigns

➢ Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content

➢ Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms

➢ Excellent communication and project management skills

➢ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

➢ Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail

➢ Experience with event marketing, community outreach, or Tex-Mex cuisine is a plus
